just got a quick question and sorry my english is not good im scottish.

My alt can fly a orca is it worth doing remote reps on it for a random ganking not a war target just random attack, and does tht mean the orca becomes suspect even if they are all in the same fleet and corp.

You inherit the flags of whatever you rep.

You inherit the flags as was said so if the target goes suspect so do you.

That said, if you keep your safety on green you are safe. You will not be able to provide reps to a target that would make you go suspect. Just keep your safety on green and rep whoever you like in 100% safety.

If you have your safety green and rep someone in the middle of them being ganked, you will acquire a weapons timer (cannot dock or use a gate for 60 seconds) but nothing more.

I support the New Order and CODE. alliance. www.minerbumping.com

The ones being ganked aren't suspect so you won't become suspect either, so you can do this just fine. Whether or not you'll be on time to save them is something else. Ganks generally just take a few seconds and miners tend to be quite afk.

Was thinking if having remote reps on a orca in highsec was worth it or not, but if you become suspect then i do not think so

To be absolutely clear if your safety setting is on 'green' you cannot go suspect. No matter what you do, or the players you are repping do, it is impossible for you to go suspect. The game will just not let you do something that would make you go suspect.

Whether helping your AFK competition is worth it is up to you to decide, but the safety system is there explicitly so you cannot go suspect if you keep it on safe.

You would be absolutly correct.
If its a bear flipper (suspect bait) you do not want the orca involved,
If its someone you are at war with you have bigger problems than the barges to worry about.

Being ganked doesn't make one suspect.

So if the ones you want to rep are friends or alts who you KNOW won't be doing the aggressing, but are the targets, you can rep just fine. If someone attacks them, and thus get concorded, they get a 15 minute timer meaning that even if you have a timer to that person they can''t come back and kill your orca.

Be aware that green safety will protect you from going suspect, but it will not protect you from entering a limited engagement.

However, limited engagement doesn't apply when repping.

Example of entering a limited engagement: accepting a duel, attacking a suspect, attacking a criminal, attacking a outlaw.
