it says i can only switch my home station once every 365 days remotely
but how often can i switch between my corp hq and my starting home station?
because it seems i can do it a lot more than once every 365 days

Hint: What is the opposite of remote? Blink

Answer: You can set your home station (medical clone location) anytime if you are docked in that station.

EDIT: The 365 day limit is intended for those wanting to teleport to nulsec by self-destructing their pod, after joining a nulsec corp.

You can always set:

* Current station
* Your NPC corp stations

No.

There are no player faction corps in nulsec.

Don't try to game the system using your medlical clone. Just leave a regular jump clone in hisec and nuslec. You can have 11.

Example: I have jump clones in Jita and Amarr for non-seeded skillbooks or buing stuff to get shipped to nulsec, and a random NPC school station so I can easily buy skill books.

Your NPC corp is Ministry of War. They don't have a station in nulsec.

These are the only possibilities, which are fixed upon character creation:

Amarr - Amarr: Viziam
Amarr - Khanid: Ministry of War
Amarr - Ni-Kunni: Imperial Shipment

Caldari - Achura: Perkone
Caldari - Civire: Caldari Provisions
Caldari - Deitis: Deep Core Mining Inc.

Gallente - Gallente: The Scope
Gallente - Intaki: Aliastra
Gallente - Jin-Mei: Garoun Investment Bank

Minmatar - Brutor: Brutor Tribe
Minmatar - Sebiestor: Sebiestor Tribe
Minmatar - Vherokior: Native Freshfood

None of them have stations in nulsec.

You could leave your medical clone there, and self-destruct to get there.

You would still need another clone. If you self-destruct it, you could not replace it without travelling back to hisec to create another.

Don't try to game the system. Set your home HQ, and forget it.

Use regular clones to move between hisec and nulsec. You can have 11. No need to self-destruct.

remotely every 365 days.

Pod jumping is very useful to avoid cooldown timer on regular jumpclones. Even if the destinations are limited, it is handy. If that's gaming the system...well...guilty as charged, I suppose.

Not really, I'm afraid. But that's not terribly unusual for me, so not necessarily your doing.

my npc home station is sehmy in hi-sec
my corp hq is intaki station in null-sec
from intaki i can remotely set my station to sehmy and destroy pod -> warp to sehmy
from sehmi i can set my station to intaki and destroy pod -> warp to intaki
no 365 day cooldown

and it has something to do with new players and players joining new corps
like a thing for new players

Sehmy is Hedion University, a starting corp, which is odd because I would have expected State War Academy.

State War Academy is your default NPC corp.

Yes, because there is no limitation on remotely setting your home to your NPC corp stations.

Oh, are you less than 30 days old?

The 30 day newbro counter also resets whenever you change corp. This allows new players to change corps during the 30 days, and still use the remote set home feature for 30 days after changing corp.

Yes. In theory if you change corp before the 30 days expire, you could do it forever.
