Corporation FW Questions

My friend (who is the leader of our friend group corp) wants to get our corp started in FW. Naturally, I have a few questions.

I know that if you do FW solo, if your standing to your faction gets below 0.0, you are auto kicked out of FW after the next downtime. However, our leader is Gallente, but since our corp isn't just Gallente, what if our corp's standing with say, Caldari gets below 0.0? Since we have Caldari members (me), will we be kicked out of FW?

Also, we can enlist to fight for any faction, not just Gallente since our leader is Gallente, right?

One last question. We were planning on fighting for Gallente for 2 months, then switching to Caldari, and then back, etc... Is this a good strategy to keep your standings at reasonable levels?

Just keep your faction standings above 0.0 and you're good. The game doesn't care if your character is X race they just care about your faction standings.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

So our corp standings have to stay above 0.0 for all of the factions? Or just for the faction we fight for?

Or is that our member's factions' standings have to stay above 0.0?

Only the faction you're fighting for. So if you're in amarr FW just keep amarr faction> 0.0 to not get kicked. As for individual member faction standings. CCP looks at the average faction standing of all your members and checks if it's > 0.0.
