Your question will have the same answer to the question I am about to pose to you:

Do your parents have a free room in their basement?

try working nights?

I guess if you start streaming and build a big following you might be able to live on twitch partnership and/or donations, but I have no idea how viable that actually is.

Turning a hobby into a job is a very, very good way of getting yourself to start hating your hobby.

Brings to mind this classic one: Hopeful Parents. But seriously... I'd recommend checking out Total EVE! and the EVEOGANDA blog, and follow the branching trails of info and ideas from there. Just some samples of the pretty amazingly sophisticated things going on in the Eve meta out there.

As i anticipated most of these responses, i believe i am well equipped to continuously enjoy playing EVE 24/7, with the exceptions of tending to necessary RL affairs XD

Aspirations in life: play video games and get high. How noble.

In that case, you might need to do some pre-preparation. Here's a fit for your shopping list. US $20, cap stable for at least one week. It can hold for 4 weeks or longer, if you don't overheat the condiments. Well, even if you do.

Big jar of peanut butter. Smooth or chunky, your choice. 1 box saltine crackers. Chicken eggs, 18-pack. 3 x 1 lb. bags of dry pinto beans. 5 x 1 lb. bags of long grain rice. 7-11 frozen burritos (any choice of flavor) if you can afford them, for special days/quick eating. Jar of Pace picante sauce, to go with anything except the peanut butter. Salt and pepper, to go with everything else.

A successful American business man was on vacation in Mexico sitting on the beach and watching the fishing boats come and go. He did this for several days and noticed that the Mexican fishermen only fished for a few hours each day and would go and enjoy their families and lives on the beachfront homes they had. Playing with their children and having fiestas long into the night.
The man thought to himself and called them over one day. He said to them, you know if you worked longer hours you could make more money. They said to him; "and then"? "Well then you could buy bigger boats, go out longer and make more money!" " And then?" they asked. "Well soon you could have a big fleet of boats and rake in millions of dollars a year and work until you are retirement age and bask in your riches!!" His eyes all wide with excitement at the prospect of the riches and wisdom he was imparting upon the lowly poor fishermen.

"And then what would we do with all that income and riches?" they asked. And the businessman said, "Why you could sit on the beach, enjoy your life, your kids and your wives and your retirement!"

The fishermen shook their heads at the man sadly. For this is what they did every day by working only a little, having enough and keeping it simple.Blink

Sometimes the best way to play for free isnt to work hard at life to get into a rat race over nothing you cant have everyday of your life anyway.Big smile

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Had to end sometime.

Well for a moment I thought "Go work for CCP" but there is little evidence that they actually play the game.

Indeed there is. If you are so rich that you just work for fun and don|t need the money, you can always stop and do something different like playing Eve or going surfing or hiking.

I used to annoy people asking them what they would do if they didn't have to work.
Hardly any answers ever involved learning or doing anything for others.
Most lottery ads show winners far away somewhere, idling.

I wonder what a person would become if they spent 25 years playing video games and getting high.
I know after ten years they'd be losing the thread of conversations regularly, and probably be a pale flabby thing with back trouble.

If I won the lotto I'd probably stop playing rather than play more. My job is exceptionally stressful and I tend(ed) to use Eve as a means of easing that.

Now I hardly ever play due to not being home quite a few nights every week, and I miss it a lot.

To clarify my EVE life, i really only operate one account and am still able to make more than enough to plex in-game. I still sub out of convenience, which is nice, but besides the relatively small amount of time i would dedicate to actually plexing my account in-game; i have a ton of fun just doing eve things. No indy stuff, but still.

Literally hours (4-6) can pass by with me contently "living" eve life, lol.

But yeah, stretching IRL and skateboarding to/from work is a sort of must when it comes to sitting down all day.

Maybe i should get a job that i can skate to and just get high and play EVE there.
