How to acess plex vault?

Where is plex vault? Can't find it.

When I logged in and moved some to the vault the New Eden Store icon started to blink. So you can open the store and see your plex there.

I guess you can access it from different locations.

I only looked in my inventory for it and there it was. But when I right clicked PLEX to transfer to the vault, I got a pop-up saying "**** you".

I thought this was to make plex more simple?? Now I need to do Calculus to figure out how many plex I need.
How is this simplified?

Many people are posting that their game with the new plex is not added it seems ccp needs to urgently deliver a hotfix or there's going to be a lot of angry people soon.

The Plex Vault is Located in your inventory screen.
