I wanna be a scanner but I do not know anything except how it is done. Like which ship i have to buy and which equipment to fit. I want to walk around 0.5 sec level. I am Gallente and my current ship is Thorax

This site offers a good overview of the mechanics: https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Exploration

The Flight Academy (F12 in game) or YouTube has a 3 part video series on scanning https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bspRKanFo2Y

https://www.eve-scout.com/signal-cartel/ is a player corporation dedicated to exploration. They have programs for new players including Alphas.

if you want to scan and are Gallente, the Imicus frigate has a bonus for scanning.

All of high-security space has a lot of competition for exploration sites.

Relic sites can be ok to wow!, data sites not so great often.

Sister's core scanner probes and probe launcher are expensive but worth it once you get things established a bit.

edit: Always carry extra core probes with you!
If you are not an Omega clone and find you like scanning/exploration, just go ahead and buy game time from CCP (cheaper than buying PLEX) and use cloaking devices. Covert Ops Cloak-capable ships such as the Helios and Astero may heighten your enjoyment of the game, in my humble opinion.
