How much would a perfect Orca pilot be?

Can't post price checks in the damn character bazaar for some reason, so I thought I'd post it here. Basically I'm wondering what a good price for an Orca pilot with perfect boosting skills, drone skills, and other related/necessary skills maxed out to a perfect amount.

I took a look at the skills my Orca pilot has in drones (6 million), fleet support (7 million), industrial command ships (2 million), etc...

Add in basic engineering, navigation and tanking skills and a "perfect" focused Orca pilot will probably require 20 million SP and a full year to train. I'm not sure how much value the market puts on Orca skills - didn't see any comparables on the market, but asking for Rorqual pilots is in the 1 billion ISK per million SP range.

All that matters these days is SP.

Where that SP is spent isn't as important.

The value of a character is in the extraction and resale value of the SP.
