11 Months on it im afraid, can't see how its sub optimal for a SP Bank toon, just train Int/Mem Skills.

Its sub optimal in that it should be 27/21, you have 26/22, so while iots not huge it does train less and still doesnt have cyber 5

It wasn't a snipe. He said "I will accept 3.6 for the toon if u want him. Online for the next few hours and will begin transfer on receipt of ISK and account name." I accepted and sent the ISK and account name. He did not say reply quoting your message and say "I accept your offer".
