Have run into problems with the tutorial. (RE: Solved)

I recorded this to make sure I'm doing everything right (as I will not have OCS for some time now, and it seems like that's exactly what I need to continue with this tutorial), and I would also like to make notice that sometime between the point I last logged off (yesterday) and when I decided to make this video (a little while ago), the tutorial advanced the step even though I never did complete it. (I would also like to mention this was a character I created yesterday.)

Edit: Someone told me I needed to right-click the item from the inventory itself, then "inject skill..."
