why is it 10 mill a month per chara?

the corp has 10% tax rate where I rat with 5 charas and make a bill on each a day easy. that works out to be like the corp would already be getting like 500 mill a day in tax just of my toons let alone all the others who would be ratting.

so why the extra 10mill?

was just intrested that was all but hey its a free bumb :D

That's how much the alliance charges per month per character. It's not the corp charging this money.
