even @ missiles spec/core IV you can skip the hawk logi, however you notice the difference ^^.


Yeah each DPS increase counts a lot for burners. The cruor reps ~130 dps and you do ~ double that at max skills. so a gain of 5% DPS is actually more than 10% DPS, which means more than +11% gain/hour with regard to completion time.

If you decide to train your BS skills to V, I'd say train gallente BS to V first; 10% falloff is a larger effective dps gain in all situations except ~ 3km, and you will be able to fly the sin and kronos sooner. Also lets you get the most out of the dominix, which downships *really* well, and is insurable.
