Command Prompt Popping Up Quickly Then Vanishing Less Than a Seccond

I don't know what is doing it but I only notice it when playing eve. I really wish I could see what is being run on it. Everything is up to date.

Specs:
Windows 10
GTX 1080 Asus ROG OC Edition
i74790k @ 4.6 GHZ
Z97 ASrock extreme 4
16gb Corsair Vengeance ram at 666mhz(low latency)

If you are talking about the window the briefly appears and disappears at start, it's DirectXRedist.exe extracting DirectX files into the bin folder. You can use to program like 7zip on the exe to see exactly what files are being extracted. The file it self is also located in the bin folder. \SharedCache\tq\bin\

Not at start. It is usually after playing for a bit at random intervals.
