Looks like you're aiming to make a Shield Logi/JF/Cyno toon?

I would suggest extracting most the SP from spaceship command: BC/BS/Dessy/HICs/Recon/Command/Strategic Cruiser, and Subsystems.

There is a complete lack of SP in Drones/Gunnery/Missiles to justify any of them.

After that, it would probably be easier to estimate a price.
