Hey fellow wormholers.

Ive heard for the longest time that you could use jump clones within a wormhole system, between structures, but never jump out. Makes sense to me.
Today we anchored our second structure and to our big surprise, you cannot jump clone from Astrahaus to Raitaru or the other way around.
Is that an intended feature or is it a bug?

So i misunderstood and we were never ment to be able to jump from one structure to another within the same solar system, in wormhole space?
I find that odd tbh, its not like the stations cant communicate, like the lore reasons for not being able to jump to and from wormhole space.

I've never heard that particular rumor before. But it's not true. As Jack said, only within the same citadel. I don't think CCP gets too wrapped up in lore when designing game mechanics so that's a pointless argument. Balance always comes first, and w-space is supposed to operate with greater restrictions than k-space.

It could also have been a technical issue. It may be hard to code for jumping within the same wormhole while restricting the ability to jump in and out of the wormhole itself. Who knows? It is what it is. Wormhole life is supposed to be challenging.

Alright, thanks for the info.
