First Priority: Rorqual Pilot.

- Prefer max skills for mining drone operation.
- Must have panic button
- Capital Industrial to IV is fine



Second Priority: Cloaky.

- Stratios or T3C preferred.
- Excellent support skills for tank and DPS



Both pilots need to be focused, not interested in non-applicable SP.

Budget for both pilots is ~46b.

I have a Near Perfect Rorqual Pilot all lvl 5 apart from Capital Industrial Ship it is 20.6 Mill SP and would like to sell for the sp cost which worked out at just over 33B
