1 degree tick marks on the outer ring of Tactical Overlay

This could be really helpful, in certain situations.

They don't even need to be labeled really. Though every 5 and 10 degrees might have longer (and/or bolded) ticks.

The particular use that would really help me at the moment is remaining lined up properly for a LONG undock I'm making (from one day to the next - never you mind how long Blink ), since I can no longer zoom in on station to see that I have the line out to my ship aligned properly.

Right now I just sort of eye-ball the angle from the closest 90 degree line.

** Cue the objections of players who despise insta-undocks (but claiming some ulterior objection of course) ** Lol

And while we're at it, how about giving us a vertical angle of the line out from the current horizontal plane of our ship to whatever distant object we have selected.
