alpha to omega clone problems

my account have laps and went to alpha clone and i plexed the account and it went back to omega clone but all my core skills stay on alpha so now i cant fit my ships or fly them

my ship and drone skills are all lvl5 but as you can see i have half of my dps and core cpu and power

my clone is a omega clone

this also happened to a friend of mine and his clone only reset to omega core skills the next day after down time

i have loged a ticket the previous time also SUPPORT REQUEST #380180 and the said the problem was solved but its not

i followed instructions but still no joy
