Out of Game Events and Gatherings

Hello Fellow Capsuleers. I've been tossing around the idea of a player meet up that would have the aspirations of making it a large east coast event in the future. Before I can begin I want to test the waters and see how popular this could be, as venue will be determined by the number of participants expected.

My home is in the Charleston Area, and I have deep connections to the convention center, hotels, and various local establishments in the area. I believe we can make one fun event in the future, but I expect to start small and build. Of course starting with those locally in the Carolinas and Georgia.

If you are interested please give me your feedback. Please include:

• How many would you expect to attend with you
• What kind of event you'd like (i.e. Cookout, Convention, Pub Crawl, etc..)
• Where you'd be traveling from (So as to get an idea of how wide a net would we be casting)
• Features you'd like to see (Games, Speakers, Panels, etc...)
• Time of Year you'd perfer
