What is it?
This is a ready-to-share version of the Google sheet our Corp has been using to seed a HS Citadel (nearly 3K sell orders at any given time).

Some time ago someone posted his(her?) problem tracking Citadel seeding status. At that time I did mention we had a tool that does exactly what he wanted, but some sensitive stuff were in the backend script so it wasn't possible to share our sheet. Now we've done some clearing up (and using Steve Ronuken's scripts) the tool is ready to be shared with the public

What does it do?
It pulls ESI market data for the Citadel of your choice.
Then sorts and compares against the preset itemDB (list of stuff you want to seed).
Any item that is not available for sale or below certain preset threshold quantity in your Citadel market will be listed.
Also the sheet recommends refill-quantity N * (thresholdQty - marketAvailableQty), and shows Jita sell prices (5% percentile) of the items for your shopping budget.
(And if you provide your BPO list it also checks if you have BPO for the items)

Why are we sharing it?
Coz we find it useful. Hope you do, too.

Limitations
As I said we use this to seed a HS citadel. So most of the capital modules and ships, null-sec specific items and such are not in the itemDB. Feel free to add/remove items in the worksheet as you need. You might also want to change the threshold qty.
The multiplying factor used for recommended refill-quantity is set to 5 by default. Change as needed.

edit: read this wonderful how-to guide by Steve for clientid, secret, refreshtoken, stuff
