Cheaper and reps more if you use True Sansha EANM and Corpus X-type reps.

Also I like 3 Smartbombs and 1 NOS as it speeds up the second wave of the Garrison.

It's over on grid with xtype reps but if you have a 3% grid implant then yeah, those changes are better.
I guess you mean 2x bomb, 1x nos? doesnt have 4 spare highs. that's probably fine on cap too and also solves the grid issue with xtypes so yeah, I'd agree with the changes.

(honestly I just copy pasted the fit I had saved that I know works. have not looked into specifics of site running for a long time.)

PS: My GOD faction smartbombs have gotten expensive :S note that theyre not optional on this ship, you need the 7.5km range to kill C5 frigs.
