Issues, Workarounds & Localization

As above how do i move eve.

i play mainly on my laptop, however when i get the chance i also play it on my gaming rig. The gaming machine is not played on as consistently hence eve settings etc are always in need of been tweaked by myself. So my question is this :- is there an easy way to transfer files from my laptop to my pc to make both sets of eve identical
