The issue: People have been requesting changes to bookmarks for a long time. Introduction of alliance bookmarks, for example. Transferring BMs now is quite tedious between alt corps though and alliance bookmarks doesn't solve this for out of alliance alt corps, which is especially an issue for wormholes. Bookmark broadcasting for fleets is also not a great solution. We should have a solution that makes bookmark sharing easy.

The Proposal: Create bookmark group folders. The group folder can have up to say 200 BMs, accessible via the right click menu to anyone in the group. Whoever creates the group folder would use the access list system to control who can access the folder via the right click menu.

This way you can assign which individuals, corps, or alliances have access to shared bookmark folders, without them needing to be in the same corp or alliance - and anyone in the group's owning/creating corp with the communications officer role could create, delete, and edit BMs in the folder.
