Buying up then relisting seeded items

Does CCP have a stance on people buying up all of a seeded item in a system, then either relisting said item at a higher price or hoarding it to deny it to other players?

The only rule that seems to relate to this is mass purchases but some people do it over the course of a few purchases/days so I don't know if that circumvents the rule.

Specifically I am taking about 6-CZ49. Things like strontium, isotopes, cap boosters, nanite repair paste, certain ships (especially capitals).

For some of the smaller volume items; I bring in a few freighters worth from elsewhere and list them at 100isk but for certain things it is not viable. For example the 100million Moros's someone decided they had to have, is not something I can help with.

So basically are such actions against the rules and if so what is the best course to deal with them?

This happened in our seeded practice system as well. Someone bought all the nanite paste. Completely pointless for isk because you can just insurance fraud ships.

I would say that buying out the market can interfere with players' testing, thus qualifying it for a ban.

i have learned that over the years SISI has very few rules and of the rules listed in the rules page nearly none are enforced mostly because the devs have better things to do then play cop next time u see someone from ISD on ask them to reseed the market they should do it about once a week anyway
