Suggestion: Add option 'Look at' when rightclicking sites in probe window
Keywords: UI,rightclick
While hugging an ice asteroid with my orca and wondering if I have a clear align towards a site, I end up just spinning camera around up and down trying to spot the site in space, which is cumbersome and can be time consuming, when it could be done so quickly with 'Look at'.

Suggestion: Add an option to quickly navigate the right-click menu with a keyboard.
Keywords: Usability, keyboard, right-click menu
Note: Also could be done with other parts, like the overview or the D-Scan results.

Label right-click menu with numbers. You right-click, then you press the sequence of keys corresponding to the menu and submenu for the action you want. If "Warp to" is the second option of the main menu and "20km" the third option in that sub-menu, I right click on something, press "2 3", and I warp at 20.
The amount of time and mistakes this would save is huge.

Suggestion: Add icons to the actions that have one already associated (like "warp to", "show info", etc) in the right-click menu.
Keywords: right-click menu, usability, readability
Note: It's much easier to see that in the heat of battle than reading between 12 options.

Suggestion: Regarding the right-click menu, prioritize the options in sub-menus (most used on top), organize them in a clear, rational layout.
Keywords: usability, readability, right-click menu

Clean the first level of the tree of rarely used options (capture portrait, report isk spammer, place bounty, quit corporation) and organize these options into submenus (everything related to Contacts under the "contacts" tab, for example). Remove redundancy. Reword options to avoid confusion (I've lost count of the times I've tried to invite somebody to a fleet by going to the "invite to" submenu or almost clicking the "invite to duel" option. Name these "chat rooms" and "challenge to a duel", for example). Put urgent, or frequently used options separated from the stuff you use once a year or less.

Suggestion: Make key commands work with absolutely every focus except chat windows or text input fields.
Keywords: Keyboard, usability

Key binds only work with very specific focus of the mouse. If you have the focus on your watchlist for example, your key commands don't register. I can understand the chat windows capturing the keystrokes; but with absolutely every other focus, the keybindings should work. Currently it feels very inconsistent for heavy keyboard users (I use a Logitech G13).

Suggestion: move the tooltip for 'No launcher fitted' or make it so that you have to hover a bit longer before it pops up.
Keywords: probe scanner, tooltip, obstructing, UI, tabs
Note: I have put the d-scan and probe scanner windows over a number of chat windows to save space, but when my cursor hovers over the 'No launcher fitted' icon of the probe scanner to switch to d-scan, my clicks to other tabs are obstructed by the tooltip that appears over them (on top of the "No launcher fitted" probe launcher icon). I would suggest moving the tooltip to the bottom of that icon or making it so that you have to hover over it longer. It's a small change, but for my UI, that would be an improvement.

Suggestion: Table Style "Targets"
Keywords: UI, Customization
Description: "Targets" as they are working now is a single row. What if you could limit the width of the row and have multiple rows. Imagine playing on a small monitor and flying a ship that could lock 10-ish targets (like the Noctics is capable of), the screen will fill up your entire screen pretty quick. Some may even become hidden behind/overlap other UI elements like Current System Info, Chat windows etc.

Suggestion: Rebalance of Remap system
Keywords: Attributes, Character Customization, Skill Training
Description: As the Remap system is now (Character-wide): Max Limit: 1 and given 1 Remap per year. New characters start with 2 Remaps. How about changing the system to (Account-wide): No Max Limit and receiving 2 Remap per year. Accounts younger than 1 year: First character will start with 2 Remaps and Accounts older than 1 year will start with 1 Remap, subsequent character will only start with 1 Remap

Account age: less than 1 year || older than 1 year

First Character : 2 Remaps || 1 Remap
Subsequent Char: 1 Remap || 1 Remap

Account receives: Alpha: 1 Remap and Omega: 2 Remap per year.

Suggestion: Allow Cross-Region on Supply Chain Management and Scientific Networking Skills.
Keywords: QoL, Research, Manufacturing, Management Distance.
Description: It's tedious, that if you have 20-25 jump range on starting a Manufacturing/Research Job. Yet if the station is just a few jumps away (say 5-ish) you are denied the Job simply because it is in another region, even though you have sufficient range.

Suggestion: Seperate Fitting and Ship Name
Keywords: UI, Fitting, Simulation
Description: allow to save a "Ship Name" when simulating and saving a fit, Fits could be named "Double Rep PVE" without giving Intel through the shipname when not renamed.

Suggestion: less busy texture for D-Scan Cone
Keywords: UI, Solar System Map, D-Scan
Description: Current D-Scan Cone texture is to busy to use it parallel to regular scanning, change the texture to something closer to the Cosmic Signature "bubbles" alternatively allow switching between 2,3 textures and possibly colours.

Suggestion: auto re-center view on selected & just scanned Signature
Keywords: Exploration, Solar System Map, Scanning, Signature, UI
Description: The old Solar System Map would automatically re-center the view on the selected Signature when portrayed location changed after scanning, this was very helpfull when re-positioning the Probe formation (other changes reagrding scanning are great!).

Suggestion: Show Capacitor Warfare Resistance in Fitting Window
Keywords: Fitting, Simulation, Capacitor, UI
Description: Show Capacitor Warfare resistance percentage on the right side (right to recharge rate, below "Stable","Depletes in..." etc) of the Capacitor Window in the Fitting Window.

Suggestion: Allow to Lock Solar System Map, Map Beta and Fitting Windows
Keywords: Exploration, Solar System Map, Map Beta, Map, Windows, Scanning, D-Scan, Fitting, UI
Description: Allow to lock the Solar System Map, Fitting and Map (beta) windows like you can lock essentially every over window, very usefull for exploration, scouts, WH Ratters and other heavy users.

Suggestion: Toggle option to makes displayed Markers in Solar System Map (un)clickable
Keywords: Exploration, Scanning, Solar System Map, D-Scan, UI
Description: You can de(activate) Markers in the Solar System Map to have Stations etc displayed or not, behind that checkbox create a 2nd one which makes that specific marker clickable in the Solar System Map.

Suggestion: Change the Porpoise M3 to match it with Noctis & other industrials.
Keywords: Porpoise, Noctis, Industrial, M3, Repackage, Typo, Correction, Balance,
Note: Porpoise uses the same hull model as the Noctis which would indicate it should be in the same size class with the other industrials which means it's M3 should be 20,000 m3 instead of the current 50,000 m3 while packaged.

Suggestion: For PI - An option to type in your desired duration
Keywords: Planetary Interaction, PI, GUI, UI
Description: Having to use a slider gets very tiring very quickly.

Suggestion: For PI - The ability to save templates, or change multiple structures to the same thing (i.e. factory to a schematic, and route) via multiple selections
Keywords: Planetary Interaction, PI, GUI, UI
Description: Would make setting up PI much less monotonous

Suggestion: optional warning when buy item that doesn't match any of your search results.
Keywords: ui, buy, market
Note: Useful when you forget to click on new search results and end up buying more of the previous item by mistake.

Suggestion: Ability to see the damage status of items in inventory
Keywords: ui, module damage, icon
Note: It would make it much easier to see the damaged items
Modules, drones and crystals mainly. I think it would be great if we could see how much more damage can something take, just by looking at their icons in the inventory. Currently we have to try to fix things to see if they are damaged, or getting an error message if we try to repackage damaged items.
Also, it would make things much easier if we could see how damaged the mining and weapon crystals are. Currently weapon crystals only seem to show their damage while they are loaded in a turret. It's not visible on their attribute page either.

Suggestion: Please increase the size of the sell dropdown

Keywords: UI, Market

There is no reason why this can't be 1 entry longer so we don't have to scroll to swap between 3 month and immediate.

Suggestion: Drone command "approach target" or "orbit target"
Keywords: ui, drones
Note: Sometimes you want your drones to go somewhere, like maybe to the person you might be about to fight. Say they just locked you but might just be scanning -- you want to be ready to fight with your drones in position, but not necessarily engage first.

Suggestion: When scrolling, have the member list stay focused where the player choose to, even if members join or leave the channel.
Keywords: Ui, usability, chat
Note: Managing the ui in channels with a lot of players is a handful when the player names keep hopping up and down as you try to click them. It would be a great improvement if you could handle players joining and leaving without constantly bumping the scroll section in view. Such as:

Player 1
Player 2 Members leaving and joining from this section have no impact on the visible section of the ui.
Player 3
Player ...
----- List in view/ ----

Keep this section locked in place. Only if members HERE join or leave you refill it from above or below respectively, reducing the amount of jumping and shuffling by a large factor.

----- /List in view ----
Player ...
Player 898 Members leaving and joining from this section have no impact on the visible section of the ui.

Suggestion: Don't bump what the player is trying to look at when a new message appears in chat.
Keywords: Ui, usability, chat
Note: Players are generally interested in reading specific messages, for example what John just wrote, not look at scroll section 79-82/100 of the cached chat and whatever is shifted to occupy that spot at the moment. Would be nice if the scrolled area would follow the flow of the chat and not stay locked in place and have new messages scroll through it as they appear. If you're familiar with it, take a look at the Path of Exile trade chat for example, which is about as spammy as the Jita chat, but very easy to manage due to better handling of the ui. Jita chat without a well populated block list is just not possible to manage without a lot of frustration and missclicks.

Suggestion: up the unachortime on ESS or stop alpha characters from unachoring it
Keywords: ESS
Note: currently you can and many people do park a alpha alt in a throw away frigate sitting on your ESS in ratting system. When neutrals jump in you just unanchor the thing and there is no way the neutral can loot the ESS.

Suggestion: make pirate faction corvettes appear on the ship tree
Keywords: ui, pirate corvette, ship tree
Note: Even if the Hematos, Immolator, Taipan, Violator and Echo (currently) are special edition ships, I think they should be present on their factions' ship tree.

Suggestion: can you pls add extra wings and engines to Crusader and Malediction hulls like they had before
Keywords: ships
Note: current hulls of those two ships look same as teck 1 version (Executioner)

Suggestion: make orbiting canera to remember distance from the ship after undocking from citadels
Keywords: ui
Note: right now orbiting camera is reseting distance after undocking from citadels, but still remember distance after undocking from npc station

Suggestion: make orbiting canera to remember if it was fixet on the ship (by double clicking "orbit camera" button ) after using a gate or undocking from a structure
Keywords: ui
Note: right now orbiting camera does not remember if it was fixed on the ship or not

Suggestion: option to change direction in which orbiting camera will offset when ship is accelerating
Keywords: ui
Note: i had to write this right after the patch.. camera moving forward when ship is acceleratong.. it doesnt look right, it doesnt look like all the sci-fi movies we have seen, games we have played. having that feeling of speed in eve will be great

Suggestion: option to disable "dynamic camera movement" (or to replace it with "speed offset") when in "look at" mode
Keywords: ui
Note: sometimes i want to bind camera to my drone or other player's ship and just watch it flying around. shure, this action is useless , but still i enjoy it. to do it right now i have to turn off new camera completely or it will get far away from the drome/ship that im "looking at".
option to fix camera on drome/ other player's ship (like double ckicking "orbit camera" for my own ship) will be fine too
