Ahoy


I have a little project that I'd like your help with. I know the attention span of people here is rather low so I shall keep this brief!


What I need from you


I would like you to email me what you think is your best KM. How you define 'best' here is entirely up to you; is it the overwhelming odds that you triumphed over? Is it the shiniest kill you've ever got? Is it the most bizarre fitting? Is it your luckiest kill?

I don't care how you define it, just what YOU consider to be your best kill!


What you will get from me


In return for your help, I will gift you some little keepsake - I warn you, my hangars are cavernous and filled with all manner of random things (all of them good though Big smile). I'll contract a random item to you from Jita 4-4 in thanks for your help! (it could be awesome, it could be a little less awesome, who knows!)


How to participate?



Please send me a mail with either the original KM or a link to a public killboard, and I will contract a little 'thank you' to you within 24 hours (normally a lot sooner though) - if there's a bit of backstory to the kill, please by all means jot down a ew notes to make the story more interesting!


Once I have enough great KMs, I will move onto the second phase of the project.

Phase Two is the Phase following the completion of this initial Phase, the details of which will be released after enough KMs/stories have been collected - basically I don't want to ruin the surprise so it's a secret until then, sorry!


(apologies for my obtuseness before - the muddling up of 'may' (might) and 'can' amongst native speakers is one of my bugbears! but have a like for your sportsmanship!)

Another mystery!

Since you won't say what phase two is, how about I ask a different question. How many KM's are required for phase two to be put into effect? Also, how many do you currently have?

And no apologies necessary, I'd probably have done the same. =D

Anyway, I'm looking to get about 30 - 40 KMs/stories, at which point the next Phase will swing into action!

I have actually submitted a KM already, it just wasn't through my forum alt. Shocked

I've been searching for this other KM for a while but I can't seem to find it. It would have been a nice addition to this. It was during an incursion in hisec, a gm was flying the sansha mothership and had smartbombs on it. A very fast frigate shot at another player then flew extremely close to the mothership. The frigate then (remember, it is in hisec) had concord warp in on him right as the gm in the mothership pulsed the smartbomb to kill the frigate that was closing in. The smartbomb then also hit a concord ship and then concord warped in again on the mothership and completely demolished the gm's sansha mothership.

I saw it a long time ago and have not been able to find it since. Pretty sure the KM said that a single concord ship did 99.8% of the damage. It was quite hilarious.
