Cloaky Campers make a doomsay weapon look like a pop gun.

There is no counter. This can economically decimate an alliance and literally shutdown an entire star system.

Look, I'm not saying there is an easy solution but this mechanic is moronic and CCP is showing complacency by not addressing this.
