It's ME 5, TE 10. BPCs are selling around 2b, so it's a good passive income if you have some liquid isk to invest.
It's currently in null sec but will move it to Jita or w/e another system in high sec if needed.

Hel BPC price is dropping very fast due to so many people buying the BPO, which is why I think you're trying to sell it now before it's completely crashed.
