the fleet links now reduce the chance i'll invite non corp members to fleets as they have to mine the same as you due to range limitations

Possibly encouraging solo miners to join a corp so they can get boosts. How is this a bad thing?

Not an issue in nulsec, where I mine side-by-side with multiple Rorquals.

i.e. the asteroids are enormous (ore units) in nulsec.

as in the old days with system wide boosts I used to have fleets with 6+ squads of miner all in different belts now with a grid only boost it not possible, so very much reduced incentive to spread the boosts as the miners have to be in the same belt

thus making mining and the profession of that skill more valuable per player - not to mention the value of the guy w/ the boosts. Good for all!
