Hi,

I wonder if they are ever going to update the Character customisation? its very outdated now and has not been touched for ages...

Plus the clothes are very limited and need updating with more of a selection for all the races.

Its needs to be updated so it looks more like The Sims 4???

What do you all think..

No idea what its like on sims 4 but you can never have too many options for your chars appearance.

Id still like them to bring back a grittier feel to chars as well

EVE FAQ "7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY? No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided"

I think unless they give us some place for avatars to hang out and socialize, what's the point?

Just ONE meeting place on stations, where the guests could hang out if they choose.

Damn even just letting other players visit your Captains Quarters would give a lot more meaning to having avatar customizations.

They need to fix the lighting system in portrait mode. It's broken. Your scupt phase and portrait phase look nothing alike because of lighting.
Light options are limited and half of them mess up your face.
Not to mention posing is broken and half the poses are lopsided hunchback with scoliosis. Fingers clip in the crossed arm pose. Remove poses entirely and enable ragdoll posing.
Gives you actual control over pose, position, with a fixed placeable camera instead of wonky presets.

Remove physically simulated cloth and hair. It's a resource sink and is not reflected in finished portraits otherwise my hair would be longer and not clipping with my color.

Personal: fix beards and eyebrows. Idk why they're painted on instead of physical like hair is. The lighting system means that the painted hair reacts differently with the physical hair. Making my beard bone white, and actual hair gold when it should also be white.

Bring back sliders to sculpt, drag and sculpt is quaint but extremely imprecise and vague. Just give me a slider for nasal bridge, nasal length, width, etc.
