This is driving me nuts.

I'm getting dozens of notifications for a forum thread I never subscribed to and can't seem to find how to unsubscribe?

The only place I see is Favorites but theres nothing in there.

Oh, just noticed on this new post I can tick Receive notifications .. how do I untick that for posts made in the past?

Tx.

Gonna say without checking look in profile setting up at the top right corner.

Also creating threads usually automatically sucribes you to it.

No thats not what I meant.

I don't want to turn off notifications entirely, I want to see which posts or threads I am subscribed to for receiving notifications.

I want to be able to selectively unsubscribe from posts/threads I am subscribed to.

Right now the only way I just found is to go to Profile, tab forum posts, show all and click each post I made ... then edit it and untick the box to Receive Notifications.

Obviously, that sucks.

If someone has a better way please do share.

Well I just went through every single post I made twice to make sure I am not subscribed and I still received notifications.

Bugged?

Are you getting "new post" or "someone liked your post" notifications? For me it has allways been enough to edit one post per thread and deselect "receive notifications" -- to stop receiving "new post" notifications.

However to stop receiving "someone liked your post" you need to uncheck that in settings. I don't think that can be disabled per thread.

Im talking about new posts to forum threads I am subscribed to but I can't find any threads I am subscribed to.

When I click the link from the notification to go to the forum thread I edited all my posts and unticked the notifications box.

Maybe its gone now, haven't seen any new ones after my previous post I guess the ones I saw were from before I went through every post.

Nevertheless, the system to unsubscribe is rediculous, having to find individual posts, edit them to unsubscribe. There needs to be a centralized place to see which threads you're subscribed to and untick each thread from there or unsubscribe all. It's basic forum functionality.
