Issues, Workarounds & Localization

So this may seem like a strange issue, and this may be a long shot, but I'm hoping that someone else may have experienced this problem and may have a fix. I'm returning to EVE after a couple of years on hiatus.

I have the Alt-F1 shortcut key to activate the module in mid-slot 1 bound to one of the thumb buttons on my mouse, which I usually use for a prop mod. While flying around, I attempted to use this button to activate my AB, to no avail. So, I double-checked the shortcut both in-game and in my mouse software, and they match. I also tried using my keyboard to activate the AB using the shortcut, with no success. I've tried all of the other shortcut combinations for the high, mid and low slots and they all work. It is only Alt-F1 that doesn't work.

If I can't get this to work, I suppose that I can make some adjustments to my keybinds, though this would be fairly time consuming and I'd prefer not to have to resort to that. Thanks in advance for any advice or assistance.
