Drifter Resource Operations

Has anyone ever seen a Drifter resource operation? The Drifters must have resource and manufacturing facilities located somewhere or do their ships simply come up from the ground?

The Sleepers are never seen mining or harvesting either so where do the Drifters get their ships from?

Also weird that we don't have drifter or jovian salvage implants.
You'd think you'd be able to loot some of those suits and implants that make your face all angular, pales your skin out and adds dark veins under the skin.

There is a way to do this, let the drifters pod you and collect your corpse and soon it will become a new drifter.

If Drifters come from Jove Space then we would be able to breach Jove Space with their technology.
