Do I get different reprocessing rates in different stations? Or, is the only factor why skills in reprocessing that ore?

If I do get different rates then what ortheceasiest way to tell what rate I will get at which station?

Check the system at Dot Lan they list the base reprocessing rate for all of the stations in the game. Never looked to see if this info was available in game, I always used Dot Lan.

Is a 50% repricessing station (boosted by your own skills) the highest rate in the game? If then amI right in saying just find the most convenient one?

Reprocessing rate at NPC stations varies between 30% and 50%. As mentioned - http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map is the easiest way to determine this.

Standings will affect the reprocessing tax rate - not the yield. This varies between 5% and 0% depending on your standing with the NPC corporation that owns the station - you need 6.71% standing to get it to 0.

Citadels and engineering complexes in highsec with reprocessing service module offer 50% base, 52% with T1 rig and 54% with T2 rig. Tax rate is set by owner. The rigs have multipliers depending on the security level of the space where the structure is anchored - 1.06 for lowsec and 1.12 for nullsec & wormhole. Giving up to 60.48% base yield for a citadel with T2 rig in nullsec.

Skills are on top of this. Current maximum is 60.48 x 1.15(reprocessing) x 1.1(reprocessing efficiency) x 1.1(ore skill) = 84.15%
This may change when refineries are introduced.

Edit: forgot to mention the reprocessing implants - RP802 (2%) and RP804 (4%) gets the maximum yield up to 87.52 with 4% implant.
