Looking for T2 Production tools

In my search for a good 3rd party tool that includes both invention AND production in one calculation, all I've been able to find is broken links and outdated software. Does anyone have any handy direction they could point me in that contains either some sort of app or spreadsheet that can take a T1 blueprint and calculate the material costs for both the invention of said blueprint and the production of the resulting t2 blueprint?

Now that EvE HQ finally works on my computer, I see how glorious it is. My only complaint is that its interface is a wee bit clunky, so I'll be checking out this IPH deal.

Eve iph looks great on the face of it, but its prices are so out of date that it is no longer a reflection of the current market.

You can update the prices on the Update prices tab with several options. I think you are referring to some other program?
