Chat channel pilot list invisible

I have my own chat channel, where i put the pilot list to delayed, so that more than 50 people can join.

Normally when the number reaches 100 it's getting tricky. The list is sometimes not available and sometimes i can only see a part
of all the names. When i switched channels the situation changes constantly.

Today is different. Whatever i do, i only see the number, but no names.

Can anybody help me please?

clear cache of client etc.
eventually submit a ticket to ccp and pray BOB

I have not done it in a long time. How do i clear the cache again?

You don't get a memberlist at all when the channel has more than 100 members.
If it's less than that, it loads with a 5-minute delay when you click the tab and have 'Only show recent speakers' ticked off

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

Aliastra corp chat does the same thing by design. Only those actively chatting show up in the list.

Today i see 72 of 147 names. Better then nothing.
