I have a HTC desire running Cyanogenmod. I've had it a year and a half. It has been dropped repeatedly. It has been through the washing machine. It is still going albeit a little flakey from time to time.

I am tempted by the Motorola Droid Razr but I want to find out how unlockable the boot loader is and how well built it is compared to HTC first as their previous models had some build quality issues.
