Alpha Clone GNOSIS PVE

Hey everyone,

One week ago I started playing EVE again (I played the trial couple of years back). I am wondering what you think of this fit:

Around 400DPS, 35k EHP, 73HP/s regen, CPU and PWR both near maxed

My fit skills are near maxed for an alpha.

There are loads of fits for gnosis, but very few for a Gallente alpha. I used the shield regen tank, because I cant get it cap stable/fitted for a decent active tank. I will be using this for L3 missions and after maybe 4/10 ded.

Would I be better off with a VNI, I just cant fit it so that it has better dps or tank, also its a lot more expensive. Whats wrong with this fit, why and how can I improve it :D

450dps, 39.2k EHP, 175HP/s regen.
Cap is not as stable as I would like it to be (6min~) so manage your afterburner.
You can also go for a fit that tanks resistances specified for the NPC's your fighting.

Improvements on your fit:
The medium shield extender adds little on a battlecruiser ship hull. You are better off fitting a drone mod there or another tank/cap mod.

You should be able to use t2 modules for the tank mods and Drone damage amps.

VNI won't be better for you because the VNI should use heavy drones/ sentries, but an alpha clone can't use those. Otherwise a VNI should be the same price as a gnosis and have pretty much the same stats.

The fit does not quite fit yet, I'm still missing some skills so I will train those and try it out :D Thanks for the tip with medium shield extender, makes sense :)

When alpha status went live I tried starting out with a passive tank and just didn't like it. Pretty quickly got to this fit:

the guns are a ton of damage I would fit at least one mag stab.

Hi there. I'm an alpha clone looking for a gnosis fit like this, but this uses Tech II modules, which we alphas can't use.
Any Tech I recommendations?

It is true alphas can not use tech 2 ships, nor tech 2 weapons, but alphas can use some tech 2 modules. The magnetic field stabilizer II and the DDA II requirements are within the alpha skill set. Adaptive invulnerability field II's are not, which is probably why the fit includes the meta variant.

I highly recommend the Counting Zebras alpha racial guides. Afaik there is no Amarr one though. All include Gnosis suggestions as well.
