Why isn't SOE Advanced Combat Suit on market or contracts?

Maybe i was having a glitch but i couldn't find this item on the Jita market or in contracts. Any ideas or was it just my client?

They are there but the item search function doesn't work - not sure why. Leave it blank

In advanced options set Item type: apparel and Contract type: want to sell. That filter returned 99 hits but the SOE stuff is close to the top.

Best price at the moment for Men's Sisters of EVE Advanced Combat Suit is 53.2 million in Jita.
