Additional 2s delay on probe scanning

This is a huge one. Using the old probe scanner, there is now an additional 2s delay after clicking analyze before the scan actually starts. Even if probes are not moved at all, and you click "Analyze" it shows "moving" for 2s before it starts. When you move the probes you get "warping" as before, but the warp+delay is 2s longer.

This annoys site runners and kills combat scanners!

... or is this a deliberate nerf to combat scanning?
