Fleet Assist Module Changes

FIrst I would like to commend CCP on these changes the new assist modules are amazing in the fact that I can now load a script into them and pop off which ever one is currently needed also that it makes my life easier as an Orca pilot.

I would like to appologize now if this thread has been posted elsewhere I did search the forums and patch notes only to locate nothing on this subject. If this is a new issue then I would be very happy to hear if there is a fix or idea in the works to render this issue corrected.

Now to the issue I have been having and one that bothers me greatly with these changes.

1st - I want to know why the mining burst modules flag me as an aggressor for pvp in a none pvp situation when I am boosting my mining fleets? Is this suppose to happen cause I have not found patch notes or forum threads to support or report this as an issue.

2nd - I feel that the command burst modules should not flag for pvp as they are used to support your fleet in the actions to which they are designed and designated to assist the fleet operations however that being said if it acts like the situation where you are boosting someones shields who is actively participating in PVP then I concur with the afore mentioned aggression timer being accurate.

3rd - I do not under any circumstances see how the mining burst modules would flag me for PVP unless one of my miners actively used drones on another player and even then they are not a pvp based item I could understand all the other warfare burst modules doing this but mining really guys and gals please?

4th - I have run a number of test with my corp members and it is confirmed that my ship becomes flagged for pvp when the assist module activates to give the boost to the fleet, I have also spoken to my mission runners who used fleet assist modules to find they also have suffered this effect on them as well. This makes for a bad day on mission runners and miners trying to make a non-pvp life for themselves with their respective corp members and gives pirates unrestricted attacks on high and low sec people in the PVE area's.

Thank you for your time and again if this is a repeated thread please move my concerns to the thread of note and hopefully I can find the answers I am looking for in either case.

This is not the correct forum.

Furthermore, what is this "flagged for PvP" you are referring to? Do you mean a weapons timer? If so, that is by design, and it does not allow gankers to freely attack you. It only prevents docking/jumping for a minute.

Thank you for your clarification as I did state I was unsure which forum this went in and I did look for a thread related to this item of discussion I started.
