[AFTER PATCH ISSUE - DEV NEEDED] Delay logging in to game

Hello.
I have been having super-laggy while logging to game since today.

Steps :
-I click to account name on launcher.
-exefile.exe opens
-says "loading bulk data, preparing data"
-Keeps me waiting 10-13 seconds

-Character sheet opens.

--- I can sometimes one click, sometimes click 5-6 times for game to understand and executes the order.

-BLACK SCREEN for 10-15 seconds

-Game opens,(lets say I'm in a station) on the left top (system etc.) and right top (station shortcuts) information doesn't load for 3-4 seconds.
-Game is super laggy, especially when game executes a command. (Opens a menu, dock/undock, warping, jumping.

Things I've done.

-Cleared cache.
-Verified gamefiles through launcher.
-Restarting the computer
-Restarting the router
-Uninstalled / Reinstalled game to different folder

I've added the LogLite logs here.

After undocking;
Channel: ServiceManager
Module : svc
Message:
Service structure
Docking Startup time: 0.000s
Message: Service standing Startup time: 19.544s

And I've realised something on red flags before character sheet appears;

Channel : michelle
module : svc
message : Failed to get a valid ballpark in time after trying 30 times
