logged in after downtime without any issues at all.
client updated very rapidly.

logged off and went to work.
returned 12 hours later.

started the launcher and found there was an update of 5 files.
well, have been waiting an hour for this file to download.
it's only 15.32 mb.

download speed is like .1% every 2 minutes.
at this rate, it'll take several hours to update the launcher/client.
why is the broadband choked off?

restarted puter - loaded in under 5 minutes.
