Use DScan hotkey on probe scanner window

Just as title suggests. Right now it is possible to pick targets from the OV with the DScan hotkey, it would also be good to be able to do the same with Cosmic Anomalies and exploration sites from the probe scanner window. This is a quality of life change for both PvP and PvE.

Make it idiot-proof and someone will make a better idiot.

You can already do that in Solar map.
