Need "full mouse control" :

1. launch pingpiont formation - click mouse
2. set position - click mouse
3. change probe-size - click mouse
4. analize button - click mouse

all manipulation in one window (2,3,4) is good
after patch you should swich window to set your probes (1,3 - first window / 2,4 - second window) - uncomfortable and too long

Bad luck I guess.

Press Alt and scroll your centre mouse wheel, or drag the icons that appear.

What is the problem to make option "drag ang change probe-size" as it was? Many years people use it

I don't necessarily think it's a bad idea, but the CCP devs that have been working on the new map and scanning window have been doing what they want, irrespective of community feelings.

So I think you are better off just getting used to using the Alt key, or go provide feedback in the right thread, rather than requesting a feature that has little chance of getting implemented.

"feedback in the right thread" ? my right thread is to ask return/add this option

I hated click and drag. Made positioning probes a nightmare cause half my clicks triggered probe resize and not the little center position box.

Shift/Ctrl/alt > superior probe option

Matthias Ancaladron, yes it is Convenient to press ALT + Mouse button. But would like to see it optional.
All manipulations with probs in one window by one hand (mouse) is Convenient too
like it was before

They changed that too, now the wheel direction is opposite. I was making my probes go to larger AU ranges and didnt realize it for a good minute. The problem now is my scanning habits are totally useless, at least at being efficient.
