I think that Mobile Tether Depot would a rather interesting addition to the depot family. With a Mobile Tether Depot a Capsuleer could deploy the depot and use it to repair their shields and armor as well as refill their capacitor. The Mobile Tether Depot would function basically the same as the Citadel functions except with great repair and cap fill times that would still be better than letting the shields and cap refill naturally from within the ship.

Coupled with a Mobile Depot the Capsuleer would have a miniature Citadel at their disposal where ever the Capsuleer went.
