Please allow us to change EWAR Indicator location in overview

Can we please get an option to move the location of the EWAR indicators in our overview as shown in the linked picture below:

Background

When you are being tackled, jammed, neuted, etc. you will see a corresponding symbol appear above your capacitor. To tell which opponent is responsible, you could either hover the mouse over that symbol and wait for the tool tip to tell you the origin of said EWAR, or you could look at the far right side of your overview.

The latter option is faster, esp. in small gang engagements, however, if you have your overview located on the right of your screen, this information is far away from the center of your attention.

As a workaround, I have noticed how some players have their overviews on the left side of their screens, potentially for this very reason as this way, the EWAR indicators are closer to the center of their attention.

Heck, can we just get the EWar indicators added as a column so they don't overlap anything and can be put wherever we want them?

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
