I might be misunderstanding something.

I'm trying to debug a specific L4 mission, but it's taking quite awhile to get my agent to issue it. The problem is, on singularity, my standings keep dropping when I decline missions.

According to this relatively recent CCP post, I thought that standings were 'forgotten' by agents.

I am concerned my standings might drop too low before I get the mission of my desire.
