Price Checks

I have an alt corp that i have been using to do production and research out of a couple of high sec pos's. Shortly i will no longer have a use for it and was wondering if corps with anchored towers in high sec are worth much. The towers are a large galent, and the other is a medium shadow tower(insta warp from the station). Both are in the same system 3 jumps from Amarr. system has lots of belts and a refinery station.

I was planning on charging a little over market price for the towers since they are already in place so you wont have to worry about standing or getting the corp boosted but i'm not sure if i should charge anything past that.

Any advice would be appreciated.
