perhaps the 4 npc empires could put up a keepstar each in one lowsec system of their own

this would help spread out markets and give lowsec that much needed boost, these systems would become some of the most active in the game and give some entities a chance to try and compete on a super cap level, as of the moment the only way to get a keepstar is to have a monstrous super fleet or pay someone who does

But the new eden trading company already exists? Why should NPCs be taking over what players are already doing?

you can't even begin to compare lennys corrupt network to this

a player keepstar can pull the plug on anyones access at anytime so nobody in their right mind would stock markets or anything in them, especially in a network from someone who has proven in the past they are far from politically neutral

How would a single Keepstar help spread out markets, especially if it's NPC owned, which means it has higher taxes than player owned Fortizars or Azbels in any given area. I also don't see how a Keepstar helps making anything more active. Maila has not become more active with that public open access Keepstar and neither have Aunenen or Kinakka, both of which have not gone any more active than before.

My ridicule, heavy criticism and general pale outlook about your or CCP's ideas is nothing but an encouragement to prove me wrong. Give it a try.

That doesn't answer my question. Why do you want to see NPCs take over something players are already doing? How is this going to encourage lowsec markets when the thousands of lowsec npc stations haven't?

I assume you want these to exist purely to take the risk out of supercapital sales?

you have not explained why you want NPCs to take over a player activity. You have not explained how this is goiing to encourage markets in lowsec when thousands of NPC stations haven't.

Why do you want supercapital sales to be safer?

Why are you resorting to personal attacks when I have asked you such simple questions?

He want the benefit of a keepstar without the risk associated with it.

You're not going to get far in EVE with that attitude.

Op, im not sure you get it.

Empires have structures, they are called stations. ALL of them have markets. Because they are npc's they let everyone in but they also tax more (they are also invincible). That's the rule.

No you cannot have a structure that is invincible, accesible to all and low tax. It completely defeats the whole bloody point of having player controlled structures.

EVE FAQ "7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY? No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided"

Daichi Yamato's version of structure based decs

Yeah, I don't get what OP wants. Stations are already a thing that exists. Maybe he understands that stations can be player owned, but he doesn't quite understand that market orders are already player seeded?
