Is there a website or some other way to get a complete list of all system within X jumps of a target system? I see lists for systems in range of a jump drive, but not for regular gate to gate jumps. If you know of a way other than manually going through it, I'd be grateful.

Dotlan's range calculator, with sub-cap selected as the ship type:

You can set system to calculate from and the number of gates (max jump gates drop down) and it will list all systems in that range and how many gates away each is.
